Meditate for a Good Cause

Join studio owner for Pilates by candlelight to benefit Chrysalis

Decrease stress and give back to others in the community dealing with stressful situations in their homes with the help of Pilates and soothing ambiance at a girls’ night out Pilates by candlelight event. All of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Chrysalis, a local domestic violence non-profit serving the needs of women, children and men throughout the Valley, who are trying to break the cycle of violence and abuse.

Relax and join Primarily Pilates crew beginning with a guided meditation, a candlelit Pilates class, followed by bubbly (or sparkling juice) and snacks. Studio founder Rachel Saunders will teach the Pilates portion of the class.

Participants who bring a gently used article of clothing, a pair of shoes or an accessory will receive $5 off the entry cost.

Once you have completed three months or five sessions of Pilates equipment training, you are welcome to join us for one of our classes. Classes will have a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 10.

De-stress & De-Package 1 – One private Pilates equipment session, one 90-minute therapeutic massage – $150, regularly $200.

P & M Package 2 – Three private Pilates equipments sessions and one 90-minute therapeutic massage – $240, regularly $320

G & M Package 1 – One Pilates group equipment class, and one therapeutic 60-minute massage – $80, regularly $160

Pilates Deluxe Package – rates given on first package only

Deluxe 1 – Three Pilates group equipment classes, one 60-minute therapeutic massage, two weeks unlimited Pilates mat classes -- $185, regularly $270
