Pilates – “Strictly Fundamentals” – Equipment/Mat work - Beginner
Pilates Fundamentals and exercises designed to create an awareness of the whole mind and body working together in unison. Proper alignment, oxygenating, stretching, toning and strengthening specific areas of the body for increased energy, flexibility, joint mobility and ease of movement is the primary focus. Minimum of 4 participants required. Classes scheduled by appointment.
Pilates – “Taking It Beyond the Mat” – Mat/small apparatus – Intermediate
Fuses traditional Pilates Mat work and standing Pilates work with small apparatus such as magic circles, soft balls, and bands to add challenge and diversity to your workout. Minimum of 5 participants required. Classes scheduled by appointment.
Pilates Equipment Based Classes:
6:30- 7:20 a.m. MW – Pilates – “Cup O’ Joe” - All Levels
Rise and shine all you Type A’s – breathe, focus, stretch, strengthen and energize for peak performance!
9:30 – 10:25 a.m. MWF – Equipment Pilates – “Reformed by Pilates” – Intermediate
This is a Reformer based circuit class mixed with traditional mat pilates, bands, bosu's, balls and other small apparatus adding variety and challenge to your workout in a non-competitive environment.
9:30 – 10:30 a.m. WF – Pilates Equipment & Cardio – “Catch You on the Rebound” – All Levels
A Cardio, Stretch & Strengthen Group Class – Combines the Pilates Reformer jump board, Cadillac, stability chairs, bosu, stability balls, bands and other small apparatus to inspire a “bounce in your step & flex in your pecs” and heart healthy fun!
12:00 – 12:50 p.m. MWF – Equipment Pilates – “Pilates for Lunch” – All Levels
Group Circuit Training designed around the Reformer and Cadillac – This is a guilt and calorie free, metabolism boosting, mind/body lifting, lunchtime menu favorite! Maximum of 4 participants, instructors are subject to change.
Meditation - 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. Sundays – All Welcome
Join us for the practice of this powerful and ancient method of reducing stress, gaining insight and overcoming obstacles that can block true happiness and peace of mind! Cost is by donation.
Beginning Mat Pilates (Fundamentals)
A fun and invigorating Pilates workout, aligning, oxygenating, stretching, toning and strengthening specific areas of the body for greater flexibility, Joint mobility and ease of movements.
Intermediate/Advanced Mat Pilates
An intense and challenging Pilates workout designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility and balance with. An emphasis on posture.
Therapeutic Massage by Tamara
Experience the combined knowledge and skills of our licensed therapist and enjoy the benefits of this highly specialized style of massage and body work. Focus is on sports and performance applications, deep tissue and rehabilitative therapies. By appointment, call (480) 650-0853.
Thai Yoga by Tamara
This ancient massage method has been treating people for over 1,000 years. It is a natural therapy for flexibility, relaxation and energy balancing.

Primarily Pilates has created a selection of premier services for corporate clients to improve the overall health and wellness of employees and executives, increase productivity and ultimately reduce health care costs for corporations. We believe health and wellness in the workplace and on the road save time, and money for everyone. Exercise is also one of the most important tools for managing stress and promoting a healthy immune system.
Primarily Pilates can customize a corporate program to match your needs. Whether it is Pilates mat classes on site, a fitness program for traveling executives, complete with equipment and instruction; or an on-site, interactive fitness seminar during a sales meeting, convention or special presentation, we are experienced and ready to help. Have Mats Will Travel – We come to you, mats in tow, for a Pilates mat session or series of sessions. This program is designed to increase energy, strength, productivity and decrease stress in the workplace. A healthy work environment creates a happy work experience.
Bag that Trainer – The corporate road warrior’s road map to fitness. This custom designed program combines very effective exercises with lightweight, travel friendly tools to turn your hotel room into a personal gym within minutes.

Cable & Chair for Active Seniors
Many of us want to remain strong and active as we age. Primarily Pilates honors this with a program specifically designed with seniors in mind. The Cable & Chair training program consists of resistance chair and equipment training and rehabilitation, that will continue to develop strength, increase and maintain balance and enhance energy. The program and instruction is adapted to the fitness level of the client.
It is a low impact, full body workout that is safe and easy, and a great option for many post-operative and rehab uses or anyone with limited mobility. Group training requires a minimum of four participants.
